The drama comedy I Still Want to Do It with My Wife follows Gota, a forty-two-year-old unsuccessful scriptwriter who earns a meager annual income of only 380,000 yen. To compensate for his lack of career success and hide his perceived uselessness, Gota relies on nightly intimacy with his wife, Chika, as his ultimate expression of love. However, this desperate routine crumbles when Chika suddenly starts rejecting his advances with a simple, cold refusal. Refusing to back down, Gota deploys every trick in the book to seduce Chika once again.
